The Ford Center also plays host to major concerts, family events, ice shows, sporting events, and the latest in show stopping entertainment.
The 586,000 square foot facility is one of the premier projects of the City’s visionary capital improvement program to finance new and upgraded sports, entertainment, cultural and convention facilities with a one-cent sales tax. It is managed by SMG, a world leader in the development of public assembly facilities.
Attractions have included, among others, The Rolling Stones, Bette Midler, Mannheim Steam Roller, Toby Keith, Bill Gathier, Los Angeles Lakers vs Washington Wizards, USHRA events.
Tickets are reasonably prices, all seats are wonderful. I encourage you to attend events. It is really a great addition to our city and has enabled us to continue to enjoy top performances and events that other cities cannot attract.
